Compensation and Benefits

  • Average commission per deal: \(7K–\)10K
  • Earn between \(50 to \)100 per proposal presentation as a Solar Setter
  • Additional 20% M2 commission at permitting and payouts at installation

  • Set appointments for closers if in the Solar Setter role

  • Proven track record of successful sales experience
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales strategies

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or sales is a plus.
