Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate detailed phases of assigned projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and deadlines.
  • Work closely with senior-level Project Managers to manage client expectations and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Serve as the Engineer of Record, providing expertise and oversight where needed.
  • Make design recommendations and adaptations while performing calculations and analyses.
  • Prepare technical reports and correspondence to communicate project progress and findings.
  • Act as a mentor and technical advisor to junior team members.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and past clients.
  • Engage in project marketing, including client meetings and preparing proposals.
  • Lead business development efforts, identifying new opportunities, preparing Win Plans, and managing budgets.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management, particularly within highway PD&E (Planning, Design, and Environmental).

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • Licensed as a Professional Engineer (P.E.).

Experience Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in project management related to highway PD&E.
