Responsibilities

  • Oversee clinical services provided by the agency
  • Ensure compliance with agency policies and federal/state regulations

  • Prepare the agency for licensure and audits
  • Promote infection control and universal precautions
  • Work closely with the Manager of Intake/Authorization to meet deadlines

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of management experience in Home Health is REQUIRED
  • Possess a current, unencumbered license to practice nursing in Texas/Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
  • Strong Medicare background, particularly in adult services
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and a passion for teaching

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
