Description
The RN/Clinical Director for Home Health is responsible for overseeing clinical services provided by the agency. This role involves direct care coordination and supervision of all clinical functions while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. The Clinical Director will maintain agency policies and procedures, monitor job performance, and provide evaluations and counseling to clinical staff.
The Clinical Director ensures the quality of patient care in-home, plans and develops strategies for the nursing division, and establishes standards for measuring care quality and organizational performance. With a focus on timely patient care, the role includes preparing the agency for licensure and audits, monitoring the QAPI Program, and educating on infection control.
