Qualifications

• High School/GED required
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) certification/license in the state of Illinois (IL)
• Valid Regular Driver License (DL) certification/license
• 1+ years of experience with Epic Home Health or similar
• 2+ years of experience in Home Health Care or related fields

• High School Diploma or equivalent
