We are seeking a full-time, part-time, or weekend-only Home Health Physical Therapist in the San Luis Obispo area. Our therapists deliver high-quality care to patients in their homes, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to address all the patient’s needs while ensuring continuity of care. Compensation and Benefits

This position is compensated by the visit. Routine visits are paid between \(67.00 and \)77.00 per visit, evaluations range from \(90.00 to \)102.00 per visit, and admissions range from \(167.50 to \)192.50 per visit. Actual pay rates vary depending on factors including visit type, experience level, location, and years of experience.
