Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college required
  • Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working
  • Minimum of one year of healthcare experience
  • Current driver’s license and ability to spend approximately 20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
  • Strong commitment to meeting critical deadlines for charting
  • Time management skills and self-scheduling capabilities
  • Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to manage and deliver patient care plans
  • Maintain accurate charting and documentation as per guidelines
  • Provide compassionate and effective patient care in home settings
  • Travel locally to residential homes to support patients

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in healthcare
  • Valid Physical Therapist certification/license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
  • Valid Regular Driver License (DL) certification/license

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy

Experience Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in any of the following: Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Other EMR, Practice Partner EMR
