Central Coast Home Health is a rapidly growing and locally owned organization with a stellar reputation throughout San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. We are currently seeking a full-time, part-time, or weekend-only Home Health Physical Therapist in the Northern San Luis Obispo areas (Atascadero, Templeton, Paso Robles). Our therapists deliver high-quality care to patients in their own home environment, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to address all the patient’s needs while developing relationships and ensuring continuity of care. This highly rewarding field requires organization and the ability to work independently, managing your own caseload and creating your own work schedule.

Compensation and Benefits

This position is paid by the visit. Compensation for routine visits ranges from \(67.00-\)77.00 per visit; evaluations range from \(90.00-\)102.00 per visit; and admissions range from \(167.50-\)192.50 per visit. Actual pay rates vary depending on factors including type of visit, type of experience, location, and years of experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in California
• Previous experience in home health care preferred
