We are seeking an Office Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our Home HealthCare Agency. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and hiring new CNAs and RNs for open positions, scheduling clients for services, and ensuring all timesheets and care plans are submitted on time. You will also conduct criminal record verification checks for all new hires and ensure that 90-day assessments are completed by the RN, as well as prepare payroll for processing. You will report directly to the CEO for daily operations.
