Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service during all meals, ensuring each guest has a delightful dining experience.
• Assist in mixing and serving drinks with care and enthusiasm.
• Organize, inventory, restock, and support dishwashing and kitchen cleanup tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness by washing and folding linens daily.
• Assist with the guest check-in and check-out process.
• Support in organizing and overseeing both spontaneous and scheduled activities for guests.
• Help maintain the pristine condition of all shared spaces.
• Greet guests warmly by name and offer assistance whenever needed.
• Be flexible and willing to lend a hand in other areas when needed.
• Engage and entertain guests in a variety of settings.

Qualifications

• Required Certifications: T.A.B.C. and ServeSafe certifications (must be obtained prior to start date)
• Strong customer service experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
