Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to established procedures
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors and surfaces
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock toiletries and other guest amenities
• Prepare rooms for new arrivals, ensuring all facilities are in perfect condition
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces to uphold hygiene standards
• Collect and dispose of trash, recycling, and used linens appropriately
• Assist with the collection, washing, drying, and folding of linens as needed
• Respond to guest requests or inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
• Address any guest concerns regarding cleanliness promptly

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude
