This modern property is located near the stunning Coconino National Forest and Lowell Observatory, featuring 204 guest rooms, an indoor pool, two outdoor patios, a gaming zone, and a welcoming bar in the shared lobby.

Responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers through in-person visits, phone calls, and written correspondence
  
• Assist with online prospecting and explore opportunities on our brand website
  
• Ensure all functions and group bookings are executed according to contracts
  
• Collaborate with front desk staff and management to coordinate check-in procedures and room assignments for hotel groups
  
• Serve as the onsite contact for daily and weekly property meeting room functions
  
• Support the Food and Beverage team with room refreshes, serving lunch, and managing room transitions
  

Qualifications

• A two-year degree or equivalent related work experience
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  
• A desire to contribute positively to a supportive team environment
  

Education Requirements
A two-year degree or equivalent related work experience is preferred.

Education Requirements Credential Category
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field.

Experience Requirements
Experience in customer service or hospitality-related roles is preferred.
