Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented entry level Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of human capital management and will be instrumental in implementing HR strategies that align with our organizational goals. Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Manage talent acquisition processes including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company. Support employee evaluation processes and performance management initiatives. Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data entry. Administer benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits administration. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Ensure compliance with FMLA and other employment laws. Handle employee relations issues, providing conflict management support as needed. Support affirmative action planning and succession planning efforts. Skills Strong knowledge of human capital management principles. Familiarity with employment & labor law, including FMLA regulations. Proficiency in change management practices. Skilled in project management with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of HR sourcing techniques and recruiting best practices. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels. Ability to collect and analyze data for informed decision-making. Administrative experience within an HR context is preferred.
