The Human Resources Specialist will play a key role in supporting daily HR activities for our Southern California offices. This position is focused on various HR functions, including assisting with recruitment, onboarding new hires, and providing general administrative support to the HR Manager. You will also be involved in leave administration, workers’ compensation, and planning HR-related activities.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from \(65,000 to \)80,000
• Full-time position with direct hire
• Monday to Friday schedule, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Assist with the recruiting process, including scheduling and logistical coordination
• Handle onboarding processes, including new hire orientations and personnel paperwork
• Conduct data entry into HRIS and maintain filing systems
• Provide general administrative support to the HR Manager
• Assist with leave administration and workers’ compensation as needed
• Plan HR-related activities such as Staff Appreciation week and recognition dinners

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior human resources and administrative experience in a professional services setting
• Proven ability to provide day-to-day support of human resources activities

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
