This role is responsible for partnering with the HRBPs on various HR functions including performance management, compensation, compliance, and execution. You will support client groups in executing HR programs and policies while working closely with internal HR Operations, HR Centers of Excellence, and associates across various business units. Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is \(60,000 to \)75,000.

Skills

  • Knowledge of HR disciplines such as training, recruiting, employee relations, or organizational development
  • Understanding of state and federal employment law including EEO, AA, FMLA, ADA, and unemployment
  • Familiarity with compensation practices, benefits, and recruitment processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist HRBP in coordinating and preparing talent reviews, including data compilation and talent assessment administration
  • Support HRBP with on-boarding plans for new executives
  • Provide insightful analysis of critical HR data to assist with recommendations and implementations of solutions
  • Develop and manage project plans supporting business-specific initiatives driven by the HRBP
  • Respond to general associate questions and connect them to the appropriate Centers of Excellence or HRBP for resolutions
  • Participate in meetings to provide updates and training related to HR strategies and initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resources required or equivalent job-related experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR capacity or service-related field
  • Experience in an HR discipline preferred
  • Good interpersonal skills
