The Human Resources Manager will be instrumental in ensuring that our team is consistently recruiting excellent staff and providing a smooth onboarding process. This role encompasses training, counseling, and coaching staff, resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation, and carrying out necessary administrative duties. You will also be responsible for conducting performance and wage reviews, developing clear policies, creating concise reports, and maintaining workplace health and safety compliance.

In addition, the HR Manager will handle workplace investigations, disciplinary procedures, and termination processes while ensuring employee and workplace privacy. Leading a team of junior human resource managers will also be a key aspect of this role.
