Responsibilities

  • Welcome and check in patients with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
  • Assist patients with paperwork and ensure accurate data entry
  • Upload and maintain electronic health records (EHR)
  • Coordinate transportation for patients as needed via Lyft
  • Follow the guidance of the Chiropractic Physician to provide patient care
  • Apply hot/cold therapy and administer electric muscle stimulation
  • Assist with mechanical traction and unattended ultrasound sessions
  • Supervise therapeutic exercise activities to support patient recovery
  • Provide compassionate care to patients throughout their treatment journey

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a medical office setting
  • Knowledge of chiropractic procedures is a plus
  • Understanding of HIPAA compliance regulations

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional certifications in healthcare or office administration preferred

  • High school diploma or equivalent
