Description

The Systems Administrator II will act as a service owner for JAMF, Microsoft 365, and Citrix XenMobile. This role involves testing, implementing, and administering the JAMF software, which is essential for managing and controlling DOT’s Apple Mac devices. As the Microsoft 365 Subject Matter Expert (SME), the incumbent will stay updated on upcoming features and changes to the Office 365 suite, lead version upgrades, troubleshoot installation issues, and maintain Office group policies. Additionally, responsibilities will include managing the Citrix XenMobile environments for over 1000 devices and serving as the main point of contact for any system-related issues. Other duties may include application packaging, providing level 3 support, and conducting group policy testing.
