The company is seeking its first-ever in-house General Counsel to make an immediate impact on the business. This role will report to the CFO and requires balancing strategy with tactical execution while providing support across all business functions. The ideal candidate will have mastery in a broad range of legal disciplines, including contract negotiation, privacy, and employment matters. The General Counsel will advise senior management on company strategies, manage the entire legal function, and be actively involved in complex business transactions and negotiations of critical contracts. Additionally, this position will help define and build the internal Legal department.
