Description

The Legal Counsel (Patent) will develop and implement patent clearance programs, education initiatives, patent landscape mapping, risk tracking, and policies to support the creation and sale of footwear. This role focuses on delivering effective and practical legal advice to Product Development, Design, Operations, and brand teams with a strong emphasis on intellectual property, patent law, litigation, and clearances. The Legal Counsel will review external patent searches and collaborate with internal legal and business teams to identify innovations and assist in the drafting and prosecution of patents.
