Job Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Primary Phone/Video Support Specialist (Remote) and contribute to delivering outstanding customer experiences. In this role, you will be integral in providing exceptional technical support and assistance, ensuring our clients feel valued and well-supported.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exemplary customer service by engaging with clients through inbound phone and video calls, and assisting via chat as necessary.
  • Investigate and analyze customer inquiries related to TurboTax, discerning the most effective solutions to address their concerns.
  • Guide customers through software-related queries, assisting them in locating prior years’ tax returns and amendments.
  • Represent the Intuit brand with professionalism and empathy, elevating issues to appropriate channels as needed.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions, including issues faced, resolutions provided, and any required follow-up actions.

Required Skills:

  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in engaging with customers through various channels, including phone, video, and chat.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, particularly in relation to software inquiries.
  • Empathetic approach to customer interactions, demonstrating brand loyalty and care.
  • Attention to detail in maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
  • Familiarity with TurboTax or similar software is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
  • Capability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
