Job Description: We are currently seeking Remote Inbound Patient Services Associates to join our dynamic team. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely while providing vital support to our patients and healthcare professionals. Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from patients regarding appointments and inquiries. Schedule patient appointments efficiently and accurately. Utilize your medical office experience to assist patients with their healthcare needs. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all patient interactions. Perform data entry tasks with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Qualifications: Previous experience in a medical office setting is required. Proven ability to schedule appointments effectively. Experience in a high-volume call center environment is preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures, particularly in Radiology, is advantageous. Strong data entry skills with a meticulous approach to tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Work Hours: Full-time position with flexibility in scheduling. Training Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm EST Operational Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm EST OR 11:30am-8:00pm EST Benefits: Competitive pay rate of $16 per hour.
