Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• CPA and/or Master’s in Accounting or Tax
• Critical thinking and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of taxation for S-Corps, Partnerships, LLCs, and individuals
• Proficiency with MS Excel
• Familiarity with CCH ProSystem fx Tax, BNA Fixed Assets, and Bloomberg Tax (desired)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tax planning strategies for entities and individuals
• Review and ensure timely preparation of accurate income tax and informational returns
• Research and analyze solutions for complex tax issues
• Develop and implement continuous tax process improvements and automation initiatives
• Assist in cashflow planning for tax distributions
• Oversee tax compliance related to property tax, business licenses, and annual reports
• Collaborate with finance and accounting leaders on overall financial strategy
• Handle special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in tax management
• Ability to work accurately under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• CPA and/or Master’s in Accounting or Tax preferred
