Compensation and Benefits

• Earn 20%–30% for each candle sold.
• Earn 40% for candles sold in bulk orders of 20 or more at retail price.
• 1099 contractor payments are made bi-weekly.

Responsibilities

• Recruit independent candle sales distributors to sell and market our products.
• Sell and promote All Wax Candle Company candles and other offerings.
• Maintain communication with recruits and assist in their development.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must possess a computer, internet access, and a phone.
• Ability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week to stay active in this position.
