Responsibilities

• Travel to client locations to oversee and notarize loan signings
• Ensure all documents are signed, initialed, and dated correctly
• Verify signer identity in compliance with state laws
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information
• Submit completed packages promptly and securely to title companies

Qualifications

• Active notary public in your state
• Completed loan signing certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to handle large documents efficiently
