Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality instruction by internalizing and mastering the provided curriculum
  • Create supplemental materials to ensure that students gain a deep understanding of content
  • Implement school-wide and classroom routines to maintain a positive and productive learning environment
  • Inspire students to take ownership of their academic and behavioral goals by setting clear and consistent expectations
  • Regularly analyze student performance data, adjust lesson plans, and create strategies to address unfinished learning
  • Foster open communication with families to ensure alignment between school and home expectations

Qualifications

  • A Missouri teaching certificate is preferred, but not required

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • Teaching Certification (preferred)

Experience Requirements

  • Experience working with children in an educational setting
