Qualifications

• Active Texas medical license
• Must be opted into Medicare
• Eligible to treat Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, and commercial insurance patients

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) in Psychiatry
