Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Patient Assessment: Accurately collect and analyze patient data to identify needs and potential issues
• Collaborative Care Planning: Develop individualized care plans that reflect patients’ cultural, spiritual, and psychosocial needs
• Skilled Nursing Care Delivery: Provide professional nursing care and execute provider orders
• Effective Patient Education: Educate patients using tailored methods that address their specific concerns and needs
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in projects and initiatives to advance nursing practice
• Crisis Intervention: Assist in crisis situations and contribute to a safe care environment
• Team Collaboration: Function as a preceptor or Clinical House Supervisor as assigned

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Current Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Certification in a relevant specialty (preferred)
