Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and analyze data to determine care needs.
• Collaborate with providers and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient care workflows.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, addressing cultural, spiritual, intellectual, and psychosocial factors.
• Deliver professional nursing care with a focus on safety, effectiveness, and patient-centered approaches.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Participate in evidence-based practice initiatives and quality improvement projects.
• Serve as a key member of the hospital’s Code Blue response team as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License in Colorado.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Experience Requirements

• Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
