  • Current Real Estate License (applications without a license will not be considered).
  • Proficiency with MAC, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Drive; comfort with learning new software is a must!
  • Detail-oriented approach to data entry and tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on existing leads.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities.
  • Schedule appointments for real estate agents by qualifying leads.
  • Assist agents with database follow-ups to nurture relationships and build rapport.
  • Maintain a current database of clients and prospects.
  • Research new leads to expand our reach.
  • Close sales and meet set goals.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of sales experience is preferred.

Education Requirements

  • Must possess a current Real Estate License.

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • Real Estate License.

Experience Requirements

  • A minimum of two years in a sales role.
