Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Job Responsibilities: Respond to inbound leads, phone calls, emails, and online inquiries Learn and understand our inventory of used machinery and equipment Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate machinery, and prepare and follow up on quotes and sales opportunities Negotiate pricing, help close sales, and maintain accurate customer and sales records Follow up with past customers, develop repeat business, and coordinate customer items for delivery Opportunity to work with customers and equipment across a wide range of industries Job Qualifications: Sales experience preferred; Experience selling machinery, industrial equipment, or other capital equipment is a plus Must have proven experience in customer service, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or a related industry Must have strong communication and negotiation skills Must be computer literate, self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Must have a professional, positive attitude, with the ability to build trust with customers Must enjoy sales, building relationships, and working with industrial equipment in a fast-paced environment Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
