The Coordinator - Insurance Operations position in Austin, TX offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the client’s renewal process. This hybrid role begins with a 12-month contract, focusing on coordinating timelines and drafting necessary documents. You will work closely with internal client teams to provide superior customer service and ensure consistent deliverables.

  • Provide superior customer service and consistent deliverables

  • Adhere to company policies and performance standards
  • Contribute to the achievement of team Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of insurance principles and legislation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proven organizational and communication skills
  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
