Description

The Product Program Management Analyst will play a crucial role in the development and management of assigned insurance products and programs. This position focuses on monitoring profitability, retention, and growth performance while communicating updates to Product Managers and other management teams. Additionally, the analyst will represent Insurance Product Management for designated markets during the Guidewire conversion project, which includes attending cross-functional meetings and keeping meticulous documentation of products and processes.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting pay range for this position is \(78,200.00 - \)104,100.00. Additionally, full-time employees can participate in an incentive program based on the achievement of organizational, team, and personal performance goals.

• Strong knowledge of California Insurance Products
• Advanced analytical skills in program management, finance, or insurance
• Strategic thinking and ability to translate strategy into actionable plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, management, finance, or a related field
• Minimum of two years of experience in insurance operations such as Actuarial, Claims, or Underwriting preferred
• Prior experience in product management or product development preferred
• Ability to compile, analyze, and interpret statistical data

• Four-year college degree in a relevant field (math, statistics, business, etc.)
