Position Overview: As an Associate Attorney, you'll be an integral part of our team, reporting to the Supervising Intake Attorney. Your responsibilities will encompass managing a caseload, engaging with clients, and collaborating with our esteemed Immigration Team of Attorneys and legal assistants. Key Responsibilities: Monitor the firm's case management software for live cases to assess Review intake sheets and documents from potential clients Identify potential immigration relief for prospective clients Recommend legal strategies and proposed services Communicate with existing clients regarding potential services Address legal inquiries and explain processes to clients Provide feedback to the sales team meeting with potential clients Supervise intake paralegals and virtual assistants Qualifications: 2-5 years of Immigration Law Experience Strong team player with a collaborative mindset Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish preferred) Exceptional interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage a caseload and progress legal cases Experience with various immigration matters such as Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian cases, EOIR, Detained, Citizenship, and USCIS applications Familiarity with Case Management Software is advantageous Compensation: Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 East Coast Schedule: 8:30am-5:30pm EST Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage Competitive compensation package including a 401(k) plan Additional perks like catered lunches, complimentary parking, and paid time off Join Our Team: At our firm, we foster an inclusive and diverse work environment where every individual is valued.
