• Extensive hands-on experience in credit union operations, including marketing, mortgage, and lending platforms
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of Candescent/Digital Insight marketing tools
• Proven ability to manage vendor conversions and operational transitions
• High capacity for multitasking and working effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee the redesign of the credit union’s website and mobile app
• Develop effective email communication strategies
• Lead the smooth conversion of mortgage servicing and lending platforms
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize account profitability
• Evaluate the potential utilization of new services like FedNow
• Maintain compliance in all operational aspects and messaging

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent (MBA preferred)
• Extensive hands-on experience in credit union operations
