We are seeking a compassionate Internal Medicine/Family Practice Physician with a background in Sports Medicine to join our medical practices around the Greater Philadelphia region. This role emphasizes patient-centered care, with 30-45 minute new patient appointments and 30-minute follow-ups. Our ideal physician will possess excellent communication skills, tact in patient management, and a collaborative spirit to provide the highest quality care.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: $235k per year (depending on specialty/training)
  • Full time with no call or weekends

Skills

  • Medical degree (MD/DO) from an accredited educational institution
  • Board Certified in Neurology, PM&R, Pain Management, Orthopedics, or Family Practice/Internal Medicine with Sports Medicine focus
  • Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of PA
  • Strong communication and patient management skills
  • Basic Life Support/Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
  • DEA license

Responsibilities

  • Provide patient care and management, including initial consults and follow-ups
  • Recommend tests and conduct diagnostic testing to assess injuries
  • Order diagnostic labs/imaging, including in-house computerized neurocognitive testing
  • Oversee the diagnosis and treatment of occupational or motor vehicle injuries
  • Prepare patients for return to work after illness or injury
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with colleagues for comprehensive patient care
  • Uphold the company’s mission of exceptional patient care

Qualifications

  • MD/DO from an accredited educational institution
  • Board Certified in relevant specialties as mentioned
  • Unrestricted license to practice in PA
  • Favorable malpractice history

Education Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • Medical Degree

Experience Requirements

  • Relevant experience in sports medicine or related fields preferred
