We are seeking an Interventional Pain Management Physician to join our growing medical team full time at our busy office in Salisbury, MD. This role requires outstanding physicians who are passionate about quality care, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, and embrace a team approach. The PM&R Physician may also provide coverage at our clinic in Easton. Compensation and Benefits

• \(410k-\)465k starting for Interventionalists, with earning potential greater than \(550k-\)575k
• \(275k-\)305k for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Clinician

Skills

• Board Certified/Board Eligible Physician in Pain Management, PM&R, or Anesthesiology
• Fellowship training in interventional procedures (optional for interventional position)
• Strong patient care and diagnostic skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient exams and evaluations, including medical history and relevant imaging/studies
• Provide direct patient care (diagnoses, treatment plans) for various pain types and conditions
• Perform interventional procedures as medically necessary (if an interventionalist)
• Make referrals for Imaging and consultations with other specialties as needed
• Regularly reassess patients to determine effectiveness and progress
• Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, post-procedure care, and lifestyle modifications
• Coordinate treatment plans with patients and team members
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

• MD or DO with a current/active license in MD
• BC/BE in Pain Management, PM&R, or Anesthesiology
• Fellowship training in interventional procedures (preferred for interventional position)

Education Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO)

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience in pain management or related fields is desirable.
