Skills: - Thorough understanding of our products and services. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Effective communication with wholesale workers, purchasing departments, and outside vendors. - Basic understanding of inventory control procedures and experience with computerized inventory systems. - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work with minimal supervision. - Capability to develop professional relationships with outside vendors. - Basic math skills. - Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines. Responsibilities: - Train new team members. - Create daily lunch and break schedules. - Delegate tasks to support staff. - Seamlessly manage the flow of the store during your shift. - Oversee inventory-related operations. - Ensure proper auditing and adherence to audit SOP. - Lead by example and provide consistent guidance to the team. - Motivate and support associates to deliver their best performance. - Maintain open lines of communication with support staff, Store Manager, Lead Supervisor, and employees. - Uphold a culture of transparent and effective communication. Qualifications: - Strong understanding of company products and services. - Previous experience in inventory management or related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and ability to multitask. - Proficient in using inventory management software and systems. - Knowledge of state regulations related to inventory control.
