Description

The Investments Business Analyst is a vital role in the successful implementation of projects within our newly formed team. This position acts as a conduit between various stakeholders, including program management, business leads, and investment teams. The Business Analyst will gather requirements, ensure proposed solutions are suitable, and drive these solutions through to effective implementation.

You will closely collaborate with Investment teams to facilitate workshops, capture business requirements, and assess potential solutions to enhance business efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders and conduct requirements gathering workshops across Investment teams
• Communicate needs effectively and evaluate alternative business solutions
• Prepare proposals and recommendations to facilitate decision-making
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to analyze and document business requirements
• Conduct gap analysis and assess where additional investment tooling may be needed
• Coordinate user requirements and testing, including UAT, Regression, and Performance testing
• Provide end-user training and support post-go live transition

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the financial services or investments industry
• Graduate degree preferred but not required
• Formal qualifications in business analysis and/or project management is desirable
• Investment qualifications (e.g., IMC, CFA) are a plus but not essential

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Education Requirements Credential Category

• Business Analysis and/or Project Management certifications preferred

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering solutions in the financial services or investments sector
• Experience in UAT, Regression, and Performance testing
