Description

We are seeking a Contractor to provide temporary assistance with the design, development, and implementation of policies, procedures, and training materials for our Information Technology staff. This role will focus on the Software Development Life Cycle and the adaptation of ITIL v3 Service Lifecycle’s five stages and associated service management processes. You will collaborate with the IT Business Transformation Analyst to develop new training materials while also maintaining the integrity of existing training content. The role includes creating e-learning modules and working directly with IT staff to assess their needs and develop training materials for onboarding new team members.
