Responsibilities

• Clean common areas (clubhouse, fitness center, mail room, leasing office, hallways, restrooms, meeting room, pool area)
• Clean vacant apartments to ensure move-in ready condition
• Maintain the appearance of model apartment homes
• Maintain, inventory, and organize cleaning supplies
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, rug cleaners, and polishers
• Handle cleaning supplies, chemicals, and solvents safely
• Empty wastebaskets and trash receptacles
• Clean wash basins, commodes, and mirrors
• Dust, mop, sanitize counters/sinks, windows, and fixtures
• Restock supplies and replace bulbs
• Clean model apartments and prepare vacant apartments for viewing
• Update inventory for cleaning supplies
