Position: Java Backend Developer with AWS Location: Plano, TX/Reston, VA (Initially Remote) Duration: Long-term Contract Mandatory Skills: Proficiency in Core Java, AWS, Spring, and Angular 4 or higher. A minimum of 10 years of programming experience with Java, J2EE, XML, and Web Services. Strong expertise in Microservices, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and REST-based web services. Proven experience in Agile Scrum software development methodology. Familiarity with developing applications in distributed environments. Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services, including AWS Code Build, AWS Code Commit, AWS CodePipeline, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, AWS CLI, Yaml, CloudFormation, and Serverless Deployment. Previous involvement in application integrations, including SOAP/REST Web Services, ESB, JMS, File/Data transfers, and more.
