JR. Data Analyst needs several KPIs that are managed through a contract shall be monitored and analyzed. JR. Data Analyst requires: • Associate's Degree or relevant years of experience • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, including data cubes • Ability to assimilate facts/data from various sources & develop analysis that provide key business insight JR. Data Analyst needs: • Manage contractual agreements where specific performance requirements are outlined • Analyze call center data • Deliver analytical reporting, recommending enhancement solutions for efficiency where appropriate • Ensure accurate documentation of data elements, reports, and processes/procedures • Follow processes and protocols for ensuring quality reporting and analysis • Identify ways to ensure data integrity and validate reporting results to deliver a high degree of confidence in the final outcome
