Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 1-3 years of sales-related experience
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Familiarity with mortgage products is a plus, but not required—willingness to learn is key
• Proactive and motivated to perform at a high level
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Encompass (LOS system) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Engage with leads generated by our powerful marketing system
• Provide consultation to prospective loan applicants
• Collect necessary financial documents for loan applications and evaluate clients’ financial eligibility
• Track your sales pipeline, exceed sales goals, and generate referrals
• Work collaboratively in an office environment to accelerate professional development
