Responsibilities

  • Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with SOX regulations.
  • Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero for data entry and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects related to wills, trusts, and estate law as needed.
  • Prepare documentation for regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Assist in the month-end close process by preparing journal entries related to debits and credits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
