Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing the kitchen team
• Support with ordering, inventory, and other management tasks
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and food safety
• Help prepare daily staff lunches
• Coordinate food preparation and packing for rafting and fishing trips
• Prepare and serve riverside dinners to guests
• Monitor trip schedules to ensure food readiness
• Coordinate logistics for overnight rafting trips
• Serve as a liaison between kitchen staff and other departments
• Provide food support for special events
• Offer assistance to guests and team members
• Be a versatile team player, handling various tasks as needed
