We provide healthcare services to Military Service Members and their families at the Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth, VA. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on health-related topics and procedures
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding to changes as necessary
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Virginia
• Experience in Labor and Delivery nursing preferred
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Strong understanding of maternal and neonatal care practices

Education Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
