We are a locally owned landscape design-build company looking to hire a Landscape Designer for our organization. The Landscape Designer will be responsible for creating both a design and estimate, presenting, and overseeing the development of landscapes for our clients.

Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: \(15.00 - \)17.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 6 am-2 pm (Will work with your schedule)
- Off holidays

Responsibilities
- Follow up from the initial point of contact to sale
- Perform site analysis that includes the assessment of current plans of the property
- Draft a plot of the existing home/patios and perimeter walls & confirm existing site measurements
- Research ideas, guidelines, and codes
- Review HOA CC&Rs and design accordingly
- Design landscapes, hardscapes, fire features, lighting, irrigation, water features, pergolas, and structures of all kinds
- Create build details for the design and provide the necessary information
- Review plans, proposed changes, and any other necessary documents
- Keep records, including everything from correspondence to reports
- Price projects in company estimation form and generate proposals
- Oversee the progress of the project with the project manager to ensure that it is going as planned, including site walks with the homeowner and project manager weekly
Qualifications
- 1 year in AutoCAD
- 1 year with Desert Landscape Designs
- 2 years of Design Experience
- 1 year in SketchUp (Preferred)
- 1 year in Customer Service
Education Requirements
- Associates or equivalent (Preferred, can be working on it)
Education Requirements Credential Category
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience Requirements
- 1 year in AutoCAD
- 2 years of design experience
- 1 year in customer service
