Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to meet the diverse needs of children.
• Oversee daily classroom operations, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.
• Supervise and assess children’s development, and maintain records according to established policies and procedures.
• Complete all required reports and documentation in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development, or Elementary Education from an accredited college or university is required.
• Certification in ECE is preferred, or candidates should be in the process of obtaining certification.
• A minimum of two years of experience in the care and development of children in a childcare setting is essential.
