Responsibilities

• Deliver course instruction to multiple student cohorts, ensuring knowledge retention, comprehension, and engagement.
• Work alongside fellow instructors to provide support and share best practices.
• Help train and coach new instructors to ensure they are prepared to deliver high-quality education.
• Offer individualized guidance to struggling students through various communication methods.
• Plan, prepare, and present engaging lessons that equip students with the knowledge to pass certification exams.
• Regularly track student progress, providing timely feedback and maintaining open communication.
• Participate in feedback sessions, pilot programs, and curriculum development to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or a combination of education and practical work experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on IT industry experience (within the last 10 years).
• A minimum of 2 years of classroom or online teaching experience, with a preference for those with prior technical training roles.
